Customer service sucks. I tried calling them and left a message to see what kind of product is available for my 20 inch light bar until now.
I still have not received any phone calls from them.
I just wanna know what wiring harness go with the lifeguard that I ordered. But every time I call the customer service leave a voicemail messages and they will get back to you and no one has not gotten back to me yet.

Bandaid found in my food last year
There was a bandaid found in my taco salad last year and all I got was a refund. When I called the ppl last year they said they will take care of it and call me back I haven't received anything and it's been over a year
Two of the items that I ordered a couple weeks ago, having problems with them
I ordered two sets of interior lights for my 2022 Tacoma. They work and they look fine, but they won't shut off.
Preferred solution: I need to talk to somebody first
Lying about my returned item
I purchased a set of tail lights - once I opened the box I noticed they were not the ones I had wanted so I contacted them for a return and I was going to purchase a different (much more expensive) set. I had cut the box to recycle it but they only take the return in original box so I repackaged the lights exactly how they came complete with padding, etc.
and taped the box completely. I paid $35 to return. I just got an email saying they can't accept my return because the lights are scratched!!! WHAT?
I didn't even use them! I opened them, saw they weren't what I thought they were and repackaged them. Sent a pic of my "return" and it's not even my lights -they are the same product but mine had NO SCRATCHES. They will not refund me and are MAKING ME PAY FOR THEM TO SEND THEM BACK TO ME!
This is a *** company. Do not order from them ever.

Order issue
I ordered a item and then decided that I didnt want it so I canceled the order but a few days later received the item anyway it was no big deal I called and told them and they sent me a email with a return label I took it to the ups store and that was it,at the end of the day we are all still humans and we all make mistakes

They dont pick up when i call and when I contact them online they always say they have made a ticket for my request that I am number so and so and that they will get back at me with more in for nation about the parts that I need but I didn't hear back from them both times I contacted them.Is Tacoma beast even a real company at this point.

Purchased a camera per item description. item delivered not a kit and can't install.
No instructions with item. Called numerous times left VM's. No response. left emails.
response was generic and unhelpful.
Stay clear of this company!! You will wish you had gone with anyone else..

Item not received/ discounts not applied
iI ordered a set of gas struts from TacomaBeast and meant to merely inquire of the expected arrival date. I was not disappointed.
The staff answered my questions promptly and to my full satisfaction.
Literally within hours of asking for a status on my order, it was delivered in great condition. I would heartily refer this company to others.

Lack of transparency and the some merrchant(s) lack of integrity on business transactions.
Order cancled May 4th prior to shipment. Shipped on 5th even after cancellation the day prior.
Refused canceled order by fed ex (4) times while merchant kept calling shipper to deliver.
(From the call logs of Fed-ex) while I kept refusing delivery for a shipment. Merchant took payment knowingly having cancled order on 4th
